Welcome to AI-KOS. By using our website, browser extension, or services (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
AI-KOS is an AI-powered reading assistant that analyzes text you provide — producing summaries, trust and quality scores, and a personal library of your analyses. The Service uses third-party AI providers to generate results.
Some features require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country (and at least 13).
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, don't: break the law; infringe others' rights; upload content you don't have the right to submit; attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or use it to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive material.
AI analysis can be imperfect or wrong. Scores, summaries, and contradiction alerts are informational aids, not professional, legal, financial, medical, or factual advice. Always use your own judgment and verify important information independently. You are responsible for how you use the results.
You keep ownership of the text you submit. You grant us the limited right to process it to provide the Service (including sending it to our AI provider to generate your results), as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't claim ownership of your content.
AI-KOS offers a free plan and, where available, paid subscription plans ("Pro"). Paid plans, any free trial, pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation terms will be shown clearly at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, especially during this beta period. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-KOS and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its AI-generated output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 3 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves (for example, when paid plans launch). We'll update the date above, and significant changes will be reflected here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
