We want AI-KOS to genuinely help you. If it doesn't, we don't want to keep your money. This policy explains exactly how refunds work.
AI-KOS Pro begins with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any point before it ends at no cost. We show the price and the first billing date clearly before you confirm.
If you are charged and decide within 14 days of that first payment that AI-KOS Pro isn't right for you, contact us and we will refund that payment in full — no interrogation required.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in one click, which stops all future charges; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
If a renewal charge catches you by surprise — for example you meant to cancel and forgot — contact us within 7 days of that renewal and we'll refund it, provided the plan wasn't heavily used in that period. We'd rather be fair than argue.
Email aikoswebin@gmail.com from the address on your account, telling us roughly when you subscribed. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method by our payment provider (our merchant of record) and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. Where local law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
